Some of Versico’s recent product innovations include VersiWeld® 16-foot TPO, RapidLock™ Roofing Systems, APEEL™ Protective Film for Versico’s TPO and PVC membranes, and CAV-PRIME primers in pressurized cylinders.
Versico’s 16-foot VersiWeld® TPO officially began shipping in January 2023. With fewer rolls to load onto the roof, less time spent positioning and kicking out rolls, and fewer seams to weld, 16-foot wide TPO is the fastest and most efficient way to install adhered and induction welded TPO roofs. 4mm Waterproofing Membrane
Versico’s RapidLock™ Roofing System provides a fully adhered EPDM, TPO, or PVC system without the use of adhesives. The RapidLock (RL) system utilizes VELCRO® Brand Securable Solutions to achieve performance on par with traditional fully adhered systems and provides up to 80% labor savings compared to traditional adhesives and up to 25% labor savings compared to a traditional VersiFleece system. RapidLock roofing systems can be installed at any temperature, providing an extended roofing season.
APEEL™ Protective Film is available on TPO, PVC and KEE HP PVC membranes and protects the membrane from scuffs and dirt accumulation during installation, eliminating the need to clean the roof upon completion. The APEEL Protective Film can be easily removed after the roof is installed.
CAV-PRIME is available in Versico’s V-150, Low-VOC EPDM and TPO, and TPO Primer and features primer in a pressurized cylinder for faster application and less waste. CAV-PRIME is great for larger projects or projects where maintenance is needed, like stripping in splices.
